  3. Next, use the Search feature in Windows to locate and delete the following files:
    • a.exe
    • bridge.exe
    • winfavorites.exe
    • bridge.dll
    • jao.dll
  4. Finally, open Windows Explorer to locate and delete the C:\Program Files\WinFavorites directory.
