		<description>The cause is not so obvious.  It is possible that your optical drive or controller, or data cables for the drive are faulty.

Put the disc into another PC on your network, then copy the contents of the disc the the PC you want to install onto, then run setup.exe again from the target PC.  This should fix the &quot;OSETUP.DLL digital signature does not validate or is not present&quot; error.
